As Jez says, with a properly-buffered clock source (eg, an oscillator module) - Yes!

What you can't do is just hang multiple 8051s off the crystal of one 8051. See previous discussions if this is what you want to do...

That would depend entirely on the output spec of the source in question - you will have to read the Datasheet for that!

Also, as Jez mentioned, beware of "clock skew" - where the clock edges get slightly out of sync through the distribution chain.
Depending on what exactly you're doing, this may or may not be significant - but you need to understand the issues!
