#123621 - Please suggest cheap 8051 with 3.3V Vcc |
Hi all,
I have to do a small 'added feature' for an existing telephone. I need an MCU that: - 8051 core - work at 3.3V - have at least 8 I/O pins - cheap :) The first choice is AT89C2051 but the quote of about 0.95U$ each for 20000 units is too expensive for the manager. - the lesser pin (i.e. smaller size) the better I have looked at atmel, philips, maxim but i only see the high performance MCU. The simple, low performance mcu are so hard to find. I'm really appriciate any suggestion. Thank you :) |
