You might want to try our evaluation C compiler. Rigel was a distributor for Raisonance for a few months until they stopped paying for the compiler. Mind you they continued to sell the package they just didn't pay Raisonance their royalty payment.
I don't know why you are having problems but if it is the same compiler getting a later version my help your problem. If nothing else I can help you make it work.
