My requirement -
On chip data memory - 1K(including XRAM)
On chip code memory - 8K(EPROM/FLASH - no OTP please)
No. of ADC channel - 8x10bit
Capture/compare unit - min. 3 channel with invert logic - required for inverter control in motor drive application
PWM channel - 2
Timer/counter - 2x16bit
External interrupt - 2 dedicated (not reset)
watchdog timer - 15/16 bit
On chip power supervisery function
General purpose I/O - 16 dedicated

If any one knows about any 8 bit MUC which can suit my requirement, kindly reply me back.
