#1273 - 8051 CPU, Memory and I/O test code |
We will be performing verification of an ASIC version of
the Intel 80C152 over temperature and voltage extremes. Could someone point me towards any code for testing the CPU, RAM and possibly even I/O sections of an 8051 type microcontroller? Thanks, John |
