Use appropriate rating MOSFETs usually 4 in number and gate them by generating different cycles with software ,attached to 8051 4 driving pins . I dont think PWM is the right term here , Also you will need a feedback loop to adjust the speed , Dontknow is this a hobby or industrial project?
