	The problem is, that some calculations must be done inside timer interupt routine. Interupt ocours each 2ms, and calculations last only 0.48 ms (I have checked that with oscilsoscop). But I call function from this timer interupt routinie. And I am interested, could the function be interupted by other interupts?
