#128172 - RTC pcf 8583 : life in write/Erase cycles? |
Hello friends,
im using the Rtc pcf8583 (philips),& i want to know what is the limit for the chip in Write/erase cycles... for example, AT 24c04 E2PROM has limit of 1 million Write/erase cycles. I searched it in a datasheet but could not find... is there any limit for pcf8583? if yes..where can i find it?.....may i consider about Read cycles also?... Can anybody help me please?.... thanks in advance..... waiting for kind reply.... ...Anita |
