Yes, If the USB to Serial adaptor has a good PC driver.
When a USB to Serial Adaptor is installed... often it may be more than the std 4 comports... Flashmagic allows for more than 4 comports. Perhaps some else in this forum can suggest good USB to serial adaptors they have had experience with.
