I'm not sure why you would want to use a maxim chip for the 89C2051 MCU ?
Could you please share more information, so that may be we can give you some constructive help ? He clearly answered that, Ralph posted : "I came across this chip on maxium website ... I like to experiment with new technology if it not to expensive". I think most of us have thought about using these chips. I, for one, thought about using them long ago and do not recall why I decided not to.
