#129460 - CMOS 7402 , LDO
Responding to: ???'s previous message

The 7402 is being operated at 3.3v, since it is CMOS logic.

Is it 74HCMOS, means 74HC02?

Also, what do you mean by a tantal on the 3.3 voltage regulator?

3.3V regulators are often LDO (low drop out types), which are intrinsically unstable. They need a certain minimum capacitance (mostly a tantal) connected to the output to become stable.
