Jaeck,

your code is working well (both Timers are started when IRQ0 gets active)
running in Timer Mode

If the IRQs came in the right sequence I can see in T0 and T1 nearly the same values ae you might expect. T0=T1-8 clocks.

Your problem seems to be the sequence of IRQ0 and IRQ1. If IRQ1 comes before IRQ0 your code fails
