I agree that the µVision2 command line for the linker is what should be passed during a command line invocation of the linker by itself.

However it didn't seem to work.

I have, happily, solved the problem. It was a command line ordering problem; the position in the command line where the option was placed was incorrect.

All is now working fine thanks.

I'll not break the project just to find the linker error message to post on here but it was a (less than helpful) fairly accurate description of my problem :)
