It doesn't clarify any of his problems. Something's working, as it tells him the programmer isn't there. I suspect it's his baud rate setup, since reinstalling the OS often resets the baud rates.
It would be too much to ask, I guess, for people to specify how they reached the stage, and their conclusion, at which they've arrived. RE |
