How about asking your local vendor or friend or relative who has a credit card? Since quite a few years, most Indian credit cards can be used for international purchase.
You could try payment through bank, but the charge for each transaction is not negligible.
Debit card is another solution, but very risky. If your PC is not clean, that number can be misused by a hacker, and unlike credit card, you cannot reverse a debit card transaction.
