In fact, it shows Binary (2's complement), Hex, and the signed decimal equivalent.

You should be able to see that the Hex is just a direct equivalent of the bits in the Binary (2's complement) representation;

The Decimal version takes the 2's complement representation and interprets it as a signed value.

Again, this is all basic stuff - you really need to understand this before you proceed.
