you can get sdcc here :-

http://sdcc.sourceforge.net/

click on the download section, then choose the "SDCC v2.2.1 Borland/Win32 Binary (in zip format) [498K]"

this contains the executables, you can use these from the DOS command line, by just typing 'sdcc' it will give you a list of options.

you can also choose the full version, which has html help files with it.
