Hi!
1. Oscillator have to start, because all operations inside of cpu are synchronus and needs clock pulses, 2. One or two clock pulses are needed to recognize the reset signal by cpu. Usually there is "D" trigger on reset input. Do you know how "D" trigger works? YOU CAN EASY FIND ANSWER YOURSELF!!! Please refer to the books and datasheets. Jacek |
