I'm trying to create my PWM (>20kHz) to run my motor driver using the P89LPC935. Using the ccu timer, i'm only able to pulse up to 2kHz (16MHz clock but pclock = 8MHz). If i change my counter any lower (increment less) it will not pulse properly.

I suppose i need to use more than just a basic timer. Can someone point me to the right direction into setting up my ccu timer? Going through the manual it says could use assymetrical and symmetric PWM. Is this what i should be using?
