The while loop, from what I understand executes the folloing command over and over again since I didn't end the while loop with a ;

I am using the Serial Port and timer0.
I have working interrupts for both.

I can put a volt meter on the INT0 pin and I can see when it goes low and when it's high. I added the IT0=1 for falling edge triggering with no luck.
