#132347 - LCD buffer |
Hi all, i want to drive a LCD with a AT89C51CC03 part, but unfortunaltely when i connect the LCD to my board the port signal will hang up at low level some at high level, when i disconnect, i see by scope good signal. From specification, C51 and LCD no need other driver. I ask some opinion and if somebody can help me with a part name, other than 4050 wich have messy pinout.I find it one time before by forum but today i am unlucky. Thank you for all. |
