you've been very helpful, i was realy surprised to find that there are so many nice helpful people out here, especially since this is an old question and i bet a few of you have been annoyed by me posting this.

im realy new to software writing and the 8051 in particular, and this site is by far the best i've found.

i realy should have searched first, im sorry i hurried and posted an old question. ill try posting more specific questions and searching first from now on :)
