Pulled from junk,2x16 character module two ics only identifying marks are Elec & Eltek AUK73-3003 VER A03
google search provides nothing and their website is useless.I am assuming the the pinout is pretty standard the only thing worrying me is its a ten way interface which kind of suggests 4 bit mode if you assume the power is VCC VSS and contrast. cheers oops ive just realised its gone in the wrong forum :( |
