You will not find an exact match for your requirements. Use what is available as a starter. Modify it to suit your needs. It will take effort from your side too. I found an interfacing circuit but doesn't contain keypad and it also contains some components that doesn't exist here in my country but yeah i discover that this site really exciting and useful more than i expected,especially your replies and its speedy. Then look for a way to interface a matrix keyboard to a microcontroller. Any matrix keyboard, does not need to be 805x specific. As said above, make sure you understand how it works, and then implement it on a 805x. If it has locally unavailable components, look for replacements. Work around it. develop an alternate solution.
