Hi Max,

there are many SRAM devices which are pin-compatible with the 6264. Search on the net for the datasheets of the types YOU own, and look if they have the same pin-out.

In some cases (when your processor works with (very)high clockfrequency) you also have to look at the maximum speed the device can work with. Again, look it up in the datasheets which you can find if you do a little research on the internet.
