If I bee right, the LM35 deliver 10mv/°K, so you need a derivate with AD converter or at least a comparator (e.g. AT89C2051) to generate voltage to time conversion with a RC-circuit.
But the easier solution, use a sensor with direct digital output, e.g. the DS18B20 need also only two wires to the MC. And the MC need a P-MOS for strong pullup during conversion. Peter |
