#134279 - 74HCT or 74HC? |
Now I am progressing in my circuit, but I have a question.
Can I easily replace a 74HC series logic gate IC with a 74HCT series logic gate? The chips in my circuit I am questioning about are: 74HC02 (NOR gate), 74HC00 (Nand Gate). My other chips in the circuit are: 74HC125, 74HCT138, AT28C256-25PC, CY7C185-35PC, 80C51-BH. My power supply is 5V DC. or let me ask this: What is the difference between an HCT and an HC chip? |
