Our XEVA board is priced at $130.00 and comes with a 4KB ANSI C compiler. It has a debugger that allows debugging of your projects on the board along with a simulator to confirm basic operation before you move to hardware.
You can also get extension boards for it that add wirewrap areas and memory mapped funbctionality like LCD displays and drivers for I/O Ports.
