The board is very similar to the MCB900 ... if I use the original MCB900 board with this device I'm able to make all the functions on ISP & ICP.

In the - fortunately long gone - days of kitchen table programmers for non-ISP devices almost daily the was a thread "why doee my programmer not work, it is a copy of xxx that works". Invariably, these threads ended when the OP posted "oh, yes I substitued LS for HCT, but that is the same" (or something similar) and every time un-substituting took care of the problem.

wht makes your thing 'similar' instead of a 'copy'?

let us know, and maybe someone can tell you what you have to make exact instead of similar. Of course, you can just bite the bullet and make everything a copy not 'similar'
