#136260 - how to use a simple buzzer?
hi,

i'm very new to programming the 8051 so pls. bear with me!

i just need to use a simple buzzer for a school project, we're using a very basic buzzer that you can buy at radio shack for abt $3, its rated at 3 - 16V.

my question is, do i have to send a continuous square wave to the buzzer, or do i just have to send it 1 single pulse to turn it on?

thanks!
