I use the P89C668, because I need 8kB SRAM and Philips compatible I2C.
Maybe further similiar derivates should have faster programming (not 10 seconds page erase), smaller page size, external memory cycle stretching, data EEPROM. with the exception of data EEPROM (you get a scratchpad instead) the SILabs f12x/f13x has all that Erik |
