Are you sure that you have a Keil version that supports floating-point - ie, not the free evaluation?

Are you sure that the code you presented is exactly as in your source file?
ie, did you use copy-and-paste to get it into your post?
(if you didn't, you could easily have fixed a typo when you manually re-typed it...)

Have you run this is in the Keil Simulator to see what's going on?
