Well, assuming you get your "totem pole" invertor right after burning a pair of transistors... (you have essentially two B-E diodes in series directly from VCC to GND)...
Anyway, I have a problem with the whole "concept"... Reset is intended to be a "remedy" for cases when something goes wrong, fiddling with it just to get powerdown wakeup right is not the best way... Did you consider an another pushbutton? JW |
