You should to write this program yourself and back to us if you have questions regarding on this. We can help you but in my opinion there aren't anyone who is going to make all the work instead of you.
You can take a look at tutorial or code library and download lcd routines but the rest you must to do yourself.
And about using the interrupts: in my opinion YOU HAVE TO USE TIMER INTERRUPT to proper time measuring.
