VIA (analog input voltage) has LIMITS VSS - 0.2 - Vdd + 0.2 V
(this is not an operation spec) ADC scaling ------------- I interpret the NXP doc's this way 0xFF out of the ADC means VIA ~ Vdd. 0x00 out of the ADC means VIA ~ Vss Yes, this isn't very clear in the data sheet or user manual. AD1DAT0 = ADC Number in SFR = Int(255/Vdd) * VIA Obviously you can test this by connecting VIA to Vdd to see if AD1DAT0 = 0xFF. Joe |
