How have you determined that you will need 128K? Because an other guy already did a similar project with AVR and used 128k. The 8051's code space is inherently limited to 64K I didn`t know that. if you know from the outset that your application requires 100% more than this, is an 8051 really the right choice? Maybe not But I still don`t have a answer on my question: Is it possible to expand the flash memory of At89s52? (and I mean only this type) |
