#139894 - KVM? Responding to: ???'s previous message |
A "KVM Switch" (Keyboard, Video, Mouse) ia a device that allows one Keyboard+Monitor+Mouse to be shared by a number of PCs. Thus it needs a controller for the keyboard, and an emulator to fool each PC that it is permanently connected to the keyboard.
Kind of similar to Stefan's idea: http://www.8052.com/forum/read.phtml?id=139862 Remote KVMs are available that work over LANs and other links. You might get some useful results by directing your reseach in this direction... |
