I WANT TO USE 89C52 OR 89S52 INSTEAD OF DS5000T(INBUILDRTC)

Again, don't use ALL CAPITALS - it doesn't help anything, but actually makes your text harder to read.

The first thing you need to do is to determine what features of the DS5000T you actually require - is it just the 8051-based processor and RTC, or do you also need the non-volatile memory?

There are plenty of standalone RTC chips available from Maxim/Dallas - if you look carefully, you might find one that's directly equivalent to what's in the DS5000...
Many other manufacturers also make standalone RTC chips.

There are also plenty of sources of non-volatile storage - whether battery-backed SRAM or other technologies like EEPROM, FRAM, etc, etc,...

All of these things are perfectly commonplace in 8051 designs.
