Of course. Provided some details are known ... To start with.. - What is an Antenna IC ? - What kind of data does it output ? - At what rate does the data come in to the MCU ? - You already have connected the "data" to Port 2. So why worry about UART ? - For reading anything humans need a display. I wonder how you will do it without anything like LCD etc. And simply reply in sentence case. The "ALL CAPS" looks rude.
