in ShiftReg Mode TXT is used as a clock out with a fixed frequency (f= xtal / 24 ??) and RXT is used as the serial out pin.
By writing to SBUF the data is shifted out with 8 clocks on TXT out

This is the fastest serial mode but the UART can only used for sending.
