The -80V section will not work! Use a 20k resistor to ground and provide a gain of -5 by the help of another 20k and 100k resistors.

I would split the 9M9 resistor into three 3M3 resistors and the 990k resistor into three 330k. Cover these resistors by (neutrally curing) silicon rubber to protect them against dirt, moisture and awkward fingers...
