Try these people. I use the KC11 (Class 1 ~ 100mW) and KC21 (Class 2 ~ 10mW) versions. They're TTL level data Tx and Rx. Data is somewhat poor, however... And the guy who wrote the serial protocol must have been a Boy Scout earning his IT badge, but they're cheap...
