Ok, you did that in your post from 4:50, I do not recall all previous posts and - shame on me - do not reread the whole thread before answering specific questions. You evidently just have a bad chip. Oh, well, you use Atmel, they will tell you the chip is fine. Anyhow, although it is rare, bad chips do happen, regardless of the manufacturer. My experience makes me suspect the chip after about one hour of investigating other reasons. Erik |
