It's simple - there are many errors in the Keil database... (but, it's a Herculean task, still; thanks, Keil!).
A quick glance, for example, AT89C51Rx2 are not marked as IAP-able in the database, although they in fact are. Nevertheless, there are a few ISP-able non-IAP-able derivatives; the most notable examples is the SPI-ISP-able AT89Sxxx family, which hardly fulfill my "better half" criterium.... JW |
