You also need to give a clear description of what you think is wrong:

Does it build without errors or warnings?
How did you confirm that the timings should be correct?
Does it do anything at all - if so, what?
What doesn't it do that it should?
What does it do that it shouldn't?
What debugging and tests have you carried out so far? What did they tell you? What action(s) have you taken as a result?
In particular, have you used an oscilloscope to check if the SCL and SDA lines are moving at all and, if they are, if the timings are correct?
Have you tried it in a simulator?
