I know the 89s8252 well, but I do not understand your question.
Are you asking how to put data into the eeprom before your code ever executes ? This is possible through ISP. A more universal method is to check for a "Magic" value. If the value does not match the magic number, then you set all the EEPROM values to an initial value, then set the Magic value. |
