Post here references, links, schematics of the LED panel you intend to display on, otherwise we cannot help you - you haven't given us any relevant information. Be honest with us. Is this a homework? What are your resources? Have you already done something similar? Any experience with the '51? Any ready made board available? Also, don't expect that we will DO your work, i.e. don't expect "ready made code". We will give you hints, and if you present what you have already done, we can provide help to particular problems.
