You havent posted the LCD_STRING routine. So how do you display?
You must supply along with DPTR the no of characters to be displayed or the LCD_STRING routine will display characters till message end where you have to put "terminator" character which is generaly non-printable character.Since all other messages are displayed correctly and only this doesnt mean "terminator" character is missing. Program will display all contents of RAM which may be blank. So check this first. I too had same problem. |
