You might want to look at the http://www.FreeRTOS.org website. There are ports for several micro-controllers, including the SiLabs 8051. Not that I'd recommend an OS on top of an 8051 memory model, but the ARM ports might be of interest.
Another option is the Contiki OS at http://www.sics.se/contiki website. Both are open source. Jack Peacock |
