Hi Raghu,
Any thermocouple has to be "cold junction compensated". For this you need to measure the temperature at the cold end and compensate the difference with the hot end. Signal conditioners are such as AD595, Max6675 etc readily available to accomplish this. Go through these data sheets and application notes and of course you may utilize table or formula to display the temperature. Mahesh |
